I ordered a new phone through a promotion plan that they offered, they never credited me the $800 for my iPhone 11. I spent hours and hours on the phone with them multiple times and they said they would fix it, but they never did. This company is awful, and I will never ever use them Again, I will never ever refer anybody to them as well, they should be ashamed of themselves for how awful they treated me and lied to me, we have six lines with them I believe will be taking them to AT&T soon,
