Bad service from Verizon

What’s happening with Verizon’s service? I’m seriously considering switching to another carrier, I constantly get SOMETHING WENT WRONG when I make a call and the texting constantly says MESSAGE WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER. 

My wife and I have been with Verizon for many years and all of a sudden the service has gone way down, extremely poor service. 

Please help us out or loose a good paying customer

I been having the same problem all over the South East, no it’s not in the same location and is not at the same time of day or night and sometimes there is Wi-Fi and sometimes there is no Wi-Fi  available and even when there is Wi-Fi availability it still doesn’t work. 
The problem is very serious and causes me a lot of problems. I am tired of hearing the response WORKING ON THAT,,, STILL WORKING ON THAT,,, SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. 

Its ridiculous to pay for service that I don’t have or get.
