Thanks for posting. gina7239 is correct. You are able to purchase ringback tones from My Verizon. Feel free to follow these steps to purchase ringback tones.

• Log in to My Verizon.
• Under I Want To... select Extra > Shop Media
• Under the Ringback Tone tab select Shop for Ringback Tones.
