In July of 2020 on the 13 paid verizon $250 800-922-0204 @05:54:01 from my debit card for my phone service. Then on July 23 2020 i paid $259.65 -936 481268342062. @20:34:29 And on July 23 verizon withdrew $322.84 800-922-0204. 289 4814 99999999 @08:28:16 from my account. Now verizon says that I owe $322.84 on back payments!!!!!!! I checked with an employee at verizon store and the manager says that they had returned the $322.84 on July 16 2020. After spoken to the manager I went to my bank to find out that there’s no pending $322.84 into my account. It’s been a week now. I’m so frustrated with verizon .... any help
