I have been trying to correct a billing issue on my family plan since July with no success. Been on the Customer service line several times with probably 20 hours invested, unsuccessfully worked through the chat and have been physically in to a store. NO ONE can help. We upgraded and an incorrect promotional code was attached to the order based on what the sales agent sold us. Everyone says they can't help and that I just need to eat the $50 extra per month. I need a manager with some sort of authority to correct this immediately and refund the over charges I have already incurred. Please help!
