I recently purchased a new phone and was quoted in writing my bill would be and the bill came in higher so I called customer service and explained everything to Bobbjoe and told her I have only a few more days to return phone without a restocking fee and switch carriers after 6+ years and she talked to a supervisor and agreed to give me 10 dollar credit a month for 24 months. Second month wrong again so I call and talk to Joslynn and she read notes and contacted Bobbyjoe to remind her to keep giving me the credit, well I spoke with Kayla today a supervisor and she tells me doesn't see any notes now and will do nothing. I even asked her to contact Joslynn and she said she couldn't seems pretty convenient now that I am out of my return period nobody knows anything. Anybody else have these things happen? or have ideas to resolve this...... I am not done
Bill shouldn't be hard to figure out. If no other changes occured, it would be whatever you typically payed + a phone payment. Next bill summaries are never accurate so I wouldn't count on those to tell you what a typical bill is supposed to be.
Your post is missing details such as was your phone supposed to be under a promo. How much did your bill increase vs what were you expecting it to increase.
I understand it was cliff notes but the point was I was quoted a new price on monthly billing not on the new phone and customer service told me what I wanted to hear during the return period and then suddenly there is no record of calls yet the second rep saw everything the first rep saw and now no one can see any record of the contents of the call. Its not a huge deal but I hate being lied to and I will most likely switch carriers when done and this is not the first I have read on Verizon doing this. Its a shame since I have been with them for 7 years. I am loyal till this type of thing.
OMG. I have been with V since Bell Atlantic. Are they good, oh yes; and, I've never had a problem until October 2020. I am about done....looking at TMobile...ugh. And it is BILLING. It appears that Verizon is unable to correct an incorrect billing issue.
Having the same problem. Every time I call they tell me it’s fixed when it’s not. Just lies they tell you to get you off the phone. I to am checking different carriers tonight
sad they are loosing customers that have been with them along time due to billing issues that they won’t correct
