I’m an AT&T customer that attempted to port my iPhone 13 Pro to Verizon. The port was unsuccessful and was canceled. A month or more later to found out I had unused lines on Verizon that were termed due to nonpayment. Fast forward months later the balance is paid in full but the IMEI on my phone is blacklisted. I need help getting this removed. Can someone help?

No response. Awesome! I’ll just file my complaint this with the FCC as this forum AND calling doesn’t seem to do much here.
