I have tried to unblacklist my phone and switch carriers, but cannot due to my number being blacklisted by verizon!! I really need to get it unblacklisted, but because I am no longer in contact with the verizon account holder anymore, every time I call customer service, I am told they can not do anything to help me. I desperately have been trying to get it resolved so that I can switch carriers. I would like to keep my phone and number and need to be unblacklisted.
I paid the phone in full at the apple store so I am unsure as of why this is even an issue. I have all the account information, but not the owner of the account and have no way to contact her to resolve it that way. Please help!!!
