Hello, please I purchase this iPhone 14 Pro Max which is locked to your carrier of which I am cool with but upon further research I found out it has been blacklisted. What did I do? Please help me out the seller isn’t responding any more. Please help

Hello Mrkontoh. We are sorry to read about what you are experiencing with a device that you recently purchased from someone. If the device is listed on our negative list due to it being reported lost/stolen, only the original owner of the device that reported it can request for that to be removed. If the device is listed on the negative list due to non-pay, that would also need to be addressed by the account that it was originally associated with. I understand you shared that the seller isn't responding, but we would recommend continuing to try reaching out to the seller since only the owner or an account manager can make those changes after validating the account.

The seller isn’t replying to my text still, i found out it’s blacklisted because it hasn’t been paid in full, well I’m willing to pay the rest so it can be whitelisted. Thank you
