Block all text messages sent from email not saving

I receive over 100 email to text messages a day and need this to be blocked but the feature does not save. I click both check boxes and hit save but if I refresh the page they are both disabled again.

Located here: Account -> My Plan -> Blocks -> Block Services -> Emails & Domains -> Message blocking preferences

Message blocking preferences

Block all text messages sent from the web.
Block all text messages sent from email.

 

I have spoken to a chat representative two days ago and they said a ticket would be opened but I have not heard anything from them and the spam messages are relentless.  The representative said the feature would not save for them either so it does seem to be broken. I am submitting a request here so I can track the progress.

Seems like the new feature released on August 29th 2023 successfully blocks the spam. The check boxes on the block section are still blank but testing email-to-text throws back and undeliverable email.

Text the word OFF to 4040.
