Hi guys, I bought an iphone 14 pro on the 7th from somebody and they later reported it blacklisted on the 9th. Am I completely out of luck here? Thanks

We are sorry to hear that the phone you purchased became black listed, Jarelaskew. I know how frustrated I would be if this had happened to be. The reality is that only the original owner can have the device removed from any sort of lists. The exception is that if the device was reported as lost/stolen by an insurance company like Asurion. The only realy avenue you have is to work back with the seller in this instance. I hope that this information helps offer some clarity.
