I just turned on my new 5c. I plugged it into my iMac with iTunes running & I got an alert through iTunes about my phone. When I picked up the phone it was at the "slide to unlock" screen & when I slid it, it asked for the 4 digit pass code which I've hadn't set up yet. I can't unlock it & it hasn't been on for more than an hour! Help!

Hi dawn1205,
Congrats on your new iPhone 5c! Let's get your phone unlocked for you. When you plugged your phone into your iMac did your phone restore from a back up you had saved? If so, this may be the reason it is asking for a passcode? Keep us posted.
Thanks, BobbyS_VZW

I think it might be the last four digits of your phone number. Don't quote me on that though.
