Was offered promotions at Verizion store if I switch carriers and trade in my phone and purchase the new Iphone 11 I would get another Iphone for free. On my bill however I am still being charged for both phones and was also told I need to go online here to recevie the promotions. How do I go about getting the promotions I am supposed to get?
Learn to read what you signed at the store and the paperwork that was provided to you. There wasn’t a iPhone 11 bogo offerred by Verizon.
