I activated new line yesterday and have looked for promo information at the link with no luck . The link they provide is really just the main accounts login page. How do I get this promotion process started?

This is a very disappointing process with no real information on this "promotion" anywhere - unlike the other two carriers on the Apple site that actually link you to a carrier promotional page - i guess it's just supposed to work. I'll need to look into a return and cancellation soon with no answers.
I do apologize, but we're not seeing a Private Note from you. When was that sent? Was this a promotion directly from Apple?
Yes it is on the main apple website when buying any iPad but the promotion varies for each of the 3 carriers and is paid by the carrier so it is a Verizon promotion and apple clearly says contact the carrier.
I sent a private message to vzw_customer_support on 5/5. Now I have tried a second time and get the following error "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."
I would like an answer to this as well. It's the only reason I followed through on the purchase of the iPad Air 4th Gen. The text on the Apple site is the following...

I replied on to the PM request 5 days ago on the 13th simply with my first and last name as requested and have not heard anything further.
