My computer dosen't recognize my phone when i plug it in. What do I do?
Sueball2, we know how important it can be to have this connection as a back up. Let's work to get to the bottom of this. Has this phone previously been recognized when connecting to this computer? If so, do you recall adding any new apps, games or software to the phone? Has there been any physical or liquid damage to the phone? Is there any damage to the USB cord?
