I have been and guessing a lot of your subscribers lost jobs due to covid-19. And some are just starting to get a paycheck.
My phone has been cut off, and I get an email stating my phone, will be reported to collections. I have called numerous times to at least get a payment arrangement in place and I have been told to pay it all in full. Is that how you treat your customers who have been loyal to guys for a long time now.
