Starting yesterday, the calendar on my iPhone has moved to February. This has happened to my daughter's iPhone as well. It also appears that some text messages are not being received. Is this a Verizon network issue and how can it be rectified?
We would be delighted to assist with your daughters device today. Unfortunately the calendar on your device does not relate to the VZW network. This actually would relate to an Apple issue with the device. Have you attempted to reach out to Apple by dialing 800-MYAPPLE? Have you verified time/date is set to automatic? Have you completed a full restore on the device? Are the messages in question iMessages? Please keep us posted, thanks!
