Call Filter cannot authenticate my device

The Call Filter app on my IPhone 14 cannot be authenticated. My number is displayed in the Call Filter app, but when u select “Get Started” a long delay with a spinning hour glass is displayed but eventually ends with a banner denoting “Cannot authenticate this device. Please try again later…”

Yes. All updates are current. I simply cancelled the service because I could not get past authentication.

EmmaReiss, We understand how important it is to be able to use your Call Filter service and we are here to help. Can you confirm for us, is your new device on the most recent software version and is the Call Filter app on the most recent version of the app? Were you using this app on a prior device? If so, did you have any issues on your previous device with authentication?
