Hi! I've been having a strange issue recently that is clearly not phone-specific, although I am using an Apple iPhone. My contacts in Canada (at least six of them now) can barely hear me unless I put my mouth right up to my mobile, while my U.S. contacts have no call quality problem at all. This does not happen when I make a wifi call, just when I'm using the Verizon network. If anyone has a similar issue and has solved it, please let me know! It would be helpful even to just understand why this is happening, so that I can try to find a solution. Unless it's solved I may need to switch from Verizon to a different provider so I can make these calls to Canada.
