My son and I both have iPhone 6s. I can see his call history and he can see mine. How do we get that to stop?? I don't want in his business any more than he wants in mine.

Yes, you need separate iCloud, iMessage and Facetime ID's. You can share the iTunes ID so you can share the same iTunes purchases.

Are you using the same Apple ID? If yes, you might want to use two different account and turn on family sharing.
