You can access the last 18 months' worth via your My Verizon account at View Usage 

For older billing statements (up to 7 years), contact Customer Service (800-922-0204, 8 AM - 7 PM Mon-Sat, 8 AM - 5 PM Sun); there's a fee for older statements.
