Calls Failing

I'm very frustrated. I use my cell phone for work and for the past few weeks it has dropped calls and sometimes service entirely every day and sometimes multiple times. That was happening on my iPhone 13 and after updating software and trying some other quick fixes, I decided to go ahead and upgrade to an iPhone 17 to resolve the issue. My first day using the new phone and it's even worse than before, outgoing and incoming calls failing and no service for several minutes afterwards.

I work in Culver City, CA which may have spotty service from time to time but other folks in my office also use Verizon and don't have these issues. I just need my phone to do the most basic thing it's designed for. Make and receive calls. I've restarted, have the latest software,  have Wi-Fi calling enabled and am always connected to our wifi network throughout the day.

What can I do???
