Calls going straight to VoiceMail - no one at customer service or chat line will ever pick up or respond

Most of my calls are going straight to voicemail and get the notification 30-45 minutes later. This is my business line! FIX THIS ISSUE OR I'M GOING TO T-MOBILE.

I'm still having calls go straight to VM. I reset my network settings and that didn't work. Very frustrating. I've already been researching T-mobile plans.

SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!! My calls are still going straight to voicemail. Your private chat links aren't working. I can't send anymore private messages. You have 24 hours to figure this out or T-Mobile is getting my business. I can't deal with this anymore.

Hey there. Just to confirm, are you talking about making or receiving calls? Here’s what I said to someone who had a similar experience.

Hey, I know it’s just about impossible to get any help from the reps. I’ve actually been coerced into paying off my installment with the promise and reassurance that I would be able to get my daughter a phone for just the tax as a down payment but the price actually increased! Now I’m having trouble getting my full refund for a phone and cancellation of service as well as my bill adjustments. The 30 something represents I have spoken with have either been extremely rude and disrespectful, would never respond or would keep getting a new representative right after replying to the previous one. Have you tried going into your settings, scroll down to the phone-silence unknown callers and see if you have it enabled? If so you can disable it if you’re having trouble with receiving calls from numbers that aren’t in your contacts or they may be getting caught up in Verizon’s spam filter feature that you can disable on your account in the my Verizon app or online. Sometimes after you disable a feature or service you will have to restart your phone. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
