Calls going straight to VoiceMail - no one at customer service or chat line will ever pick up or respond

Most of my calls are going straight to voicemail and get the notification 30-45 minutes later. This is my business line! FIX THIS ISSUE OR I'M GOING TO T-MOBILE.

I'm still having calls go straight to VM. I reset my network settings and that didn't work. Very frustrating. I've already been researching T-mobile plans.

SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS PROBLEM!! My calls are still going straight to voicemail. Your private chat links aren't working. I can't send anymore private messages. You have 24 hours to figure this out or T-Mobile is getting my business. I can't deal with this anymore.

Hey there. Just to confirm, are you talking about making or receiving calls? Hereโ€™s what I said to someone who had a similar experience.

Hey, I know itโ€™s just about impossible to get any help from the reps. Iโ€™ve actually been coerced into paying off my installment with the promise and reassurance that I would be able to get my daughter a phone for just the tax as a down payment but the price actually increased! Now Iโ€™m having trouble getting my full refund for a phone and cancellation of service as well as my bill adjustments. The 30 something represents I have spoken with have either been extremely rude and disrespectful, would never respond or would keep getting a new representative right after replying to the previous one. Have you tried going into your settings, scroll down to the phone-silence unknown callers and see if you have it enabled? If so you can disable it if youโ€™re having trouble with receiving calls from numbers that arenโ€™t in your contacts or they may be getting caught up in Verizonโ€™s spam filter feature that you can disable on your account in the my Verizon app or online. Sometimes after you disable a feature or service you will have to restart your phone. I hope this helps. Best of luck!
