- Outgoing calls on my iPhone no longer go through to one specific landline that I used to be able to call without issue.. Now there might be one or two rings and then the line goes dead.
- If the landline person picks up on first ring call is fine.
- I can receive calls from that landline and that landline receives calls from other iPhones with no problem.
- Neither my iPhone nor the landline have any numbers blocked or filtered.
- I’ve reset my iPhone.
- The landline carrier is of no help.
I’d welcome any ideas/suggestions. Thanks.

We are sorry to read about the issue with making calls to a certain number. Do you get any error message when the call does not go through? ~Peter

If you're not having any issues with landlines with your phone, and can receive and maintain a call from the landline in question, then it does not sound like this is a VZ network or an Apple iPhone issue. One thing that may need to be checked is the handset the landline is using. See if there's any settings that have been enabled on it that are causing issues. While I saw you mentioned their landline provider couldn't provide further details, they may need to look at what's happening with the calls.
