Can I access FamilyBase from an iPhone not linked to my account?

I am interested in Family Base merely so I can set limits on how much data my kids use. However,

I myself don't have a phone on my family plan that I regularly use.

Can I set up/access/manage Family Base either from the web or via an app on an Iphone that's not

linked to my account (such as a work Iphone)?

Family base is an awesome way to monitor and control the usage on your account. Doing it from a phone on the account is a great option but it can also be done from a computer using your My Verizon account. You can find all the steps to manage and control the app at http://vz.to/1MgUml4
