No one knows for sure because Verizon won't anything.  They probably will, but if not there is always Best Buy who will.

I was told by 2 different verizon reps (by online chat) that the Iphone 6 will NOT be available to pre-order at full retail price. This would require a visit to the store. I am trying to keep my unlimited plan and bummed that it won't be available online for quite some time.

I realize you want an iPhone 6 at full retail price with keeping your unlimited data plan. I am sure that the device will become available for purchase full retail at one of our VZW corporate stores after the first batch pre orders have been completed. Check back at your local VZW store in the next coming weeks.

I spoke to a VZ rep in store and they said that you can buy it at Full Retail tonight for preorder.

Preorder customers will get it shipped to their house on the 18th.

Good question, Shane3118. The device should be available for preorder at full retail price. You have either option available to get the device either at the store when it becomes available or preordering it.
