Can anyone break down a more everything plan with verizon that has 4 smartphone lines on it with 10gb shared?

I need help understanding what a more everything plan is and how much it would cost to have 4 smartphone lines active on it and 10 gb shared between the phones. Thank you in advance.

Each smartphone has a line access of $40. If you chose to get your smartphones through Verizon Edge http://vz.to/1fgoBWC then you save $25 per Edge smartphone with the 10GB More Everything plan or higher.
