Can not receive phone calls or texts after porting my number from ATT to Verizon.

I port my number from ATT to Verizon and purchased the new iPhone 11 prob on the same day with Verizon. currently my phone’s internet is working. I can send messages and make calls BUT I can NOT receive any calls or messages except iMessages. Anybody knows how to resolve this??
