For over a month now with multiple calls to verizon and then them giving me a ticket # So it could be fixed still cannot view usage on either of my phones tried multiple devices I am logged in as the owner of the account nothing please help

Jab20, being able to view the usage on your account is extremely important and we're going to make sure you're able to view this information without any problems. We're going to send you a Private Message so we can get that ticket number and figure out what's going on.
