I jumped on Verizon's great deal to trade a phone in and get a new iPhone 15 Pro. Dropped my current phone and broke the front glass, so this was perfect. Ordered new phone and waited patiently for its arrival. It never came. Called Verizon customer service and all they could do was cancel the order. Service rep said to buy the iPhone from the local Verizon store. Tried to do that, but my local store had no iPhone 15 Pros in stock. Can't get an iPhone online; can't get one locally. I'm literally saying, "Here's my money, Verizon. Please send me an iPhone." No problem ordering from Amazon or even Apple, but I wanted to take advantage of Verizon's great trade-in deal. So I'm stuck with a broken iPhone until either my local store gets one in stock or Verizon can figure how to send merchandise via the mail. Not confident either one of these will happen soon.
