One of the phone on my plans is an iPhone13 with the Beyond U W/ 5G Ultra Wideband Plan, which includes Apple Music for free. From the home account, I enrolled this phone in the FREE plan for Apple Music. We received a related text on that phone and followed the prompts to download the Apple Music app, and we signed in to it using the Apple ID for that phone, whose Verizon app says that phone is enrolled in the free subscription to Apple Music (see image at https://drive.google.com/file/d/16WTmljq29gnswpj7zG_VgE7UgraUmJe2/view?usp=sharing). However, the Apple Music app is prompting us to pay for one of their subscriptions and appears not to be in sycn Verizon even after we authorized the enrollment of this phone in the FREE subscription to Apple Music to which we're entitled (see image at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WjRsf8NTO6G48aGu-1rH4NNP_mKYOncx/view?usp=sharing). Why the "no new subscription" messages and why the connection issues between Verizon and Apple Music? Please fix this so that we can enjoy the free subscription to Apple Music to which our Verizon wireless plan on that phone is entitled.
