Can't call cellphone from my landline

Verizon swapped my SIM but I still can't call my cellphone from my home landline. Worried there may be others who can't call me. Any ideas? New phone needed?

Have you opened a ticket with your home landline service provider?  Maybe your cellphone number isn't being routed properly from their network.

@vzw_customer_support, @aarons_vzw  Why don't you have your technical support group dial the cell phone number from one of your desk phones to see if you can replicate the issue and hear any error message?  Basic troubleshooting.
