Can't get in touch with a VZW rep when I call

Every time I try to call 611 on my phone, I get the recorded message that they are experiencing heavy call volume -- that's fine, I will wait. When I finally get transferred I get a fast busy signal, at that point there is no other option but to hang up.... this happened five times now.

Stop calling about your iPhone 5's so I can get in touch with them
