Starting 5 days ago, out of the blue--without any settings changes--i stopped receiving text message from my partner on an iPhone to my Android. It doesn't matter what troubleshooting steps we take, and we've tried them all in concert with multiple Verizon reps. Verizon opened a network ticket and still failed to fix the issue. Verizon appears to have no solution. By definition, i have no way of knowing if other iPhone users also can't message me, and neither do they--since on my partner's end, it looks like the text messages have sent.
