Ever since I changed my phone number I have been unable to log into my own account holder account since it transferred to my Apple Watch. I have been trying to upgrade my phone and it seems that I can’t because I am not the “Account Holder” and when I do try to login into that account it sends me Verification Codes to the number associated with my apple watch which is apparently non existent or unable to receive texts to that number. Need help with this issue. I have been struggling with this for more than a year.

egutierrez1998, we're sorry to hear that you're having problems accessing your account. We'd love to help you make sure you can access your account and process that upgrade. You always have the option of going to any Verizon store with a valid ID and they can access your account and help you change the account owner to the right line. We're also sending you a Private Message so we can take a look here as well.
