Can't make calls on new iPhone11

I just activated my new phone and transferred all data, but I can't make a phone call. My call goes to Verizon message saying I am being transferred to an operator who will assist using a credit card.
Help me figure out how to complete the set up.

I just figured it out. You can find the PUK code on myverizon>devices>PIN and Personal Unblocking Key.
Then put in the PUK code in your phone and it will activate it automatically 🙂
