Can’t pay my phone bill

I made a promise to pay last month since I couldn’t afford my phone bill. Today is the day the promise to Pay is due and I cannot pay it. Yesterday my phone bill for this month was due and I cannot afford that either. I don’t know what to do. My hours got cut so I’m not making very much and what I am making is going to rent and utilities. I don’t want an interruption in my service. Is there anything I can do?
