iPhone 12 Pro Max.
I cannot receive texts or calls from Android users. This started last week. I thought the problem had fixed itself. I found out over the weekend when I was trying to communicate with somebody that the problem is still there, and worse.
I have tried absolutely everything you can imagine to fix the problem on my end. Nothing has worked. I've seen several posts about this already, so I know I'm not the only person dealing with this. Is there an actual solution though?
My kids have Androids. Momma needs to be able to communicate with them!

Hello. I am also having this issue. It just started a few days ago. I am not receiving texts from my android contacts any more but they get mine just fine. I have tried everything after googling and nothing works. Can you help me also? Thank you.

Let's make sure you're able to receive those text messages. We recommend accessing this link: https://www.verizon.com/support/devices/#mobile and finding your phone model to troubleshoot first. There's a few options to choose, but you can type in "text" into the search box in the troubleshooting page to find one that closely matches the issues you're having receiving those texts.

I am assuming the others in the thread have already tried toggling airplane mode on and off, and making sure SMS is enabled in their phone. But in case you haven't, putting it out there.
Did anyone check other sites on the internet (Apple Support, Reddit, etc.) to see if this is a widespread issue? If not, I'd say there's something on Verizon's end they need to fix. Makes me wonder if this is related to some users not being able to text T-Mobile customers.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
