I bought Canadian coverage. It worked for a few days and then quit, yet I am still paying for it. Visual VM works, as does email and texting, and I have checked my settings. I dial a number (with a 1 in front of it) and it shows on the screen and then goes nowhere. This is my business lifeline and need to have it working. Going to a corporate office isn't in the picture. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
TTurn off the phone completely by holding the sleep/power button on the side until the turn off slide comes on. Slide to turn off. Wait a minute, then hold the same button again until you see an apple logo. Try to call then. If that doesn't work, try dialing as +1 234 555 6789
you get the + by holding down the zero on the dialing keypad.
