I want to cancel 1 line from my plan it has promotional credit, I was told at the time of purchase that since I was switching companies and turning in my paid phone if I disconnected a line or paid the phone before the promotional credit ran out I would get it reimbursed. I called to have a line disconnected and they want me to pay off the phone and donโt want to give me the remaining credit and simply pay off the phone with the credit that is remaining

When receiving monthly promotional credits, the credits will automatically stop if you cancel service or pay off your device payment agreement early. That canโt be I turn in my paid off phone and at the time of purchase I was told I would receive that promotional credit I have call the 611 3 different times and the first time I was told I was going to receive the credit so the phone could be paid off and they reversed the line cancellation and now wonโt give me the credit if I was told I would not receive the credit if I closed one line I would have not turn in my paid off phone when I switch phone companies
