Cancelled Pre-Order

Hello, I cancelled a pre-order as I was more interested in another model of the phone and it said I would not be charged for this order. I also cancelled the pending trade-in but it said I would be charged $100 on my bill. I'm hoping this is not the case, also now the upgrade option for the phone has greyed out.

The upgrade button is no longer greyed out, but I am still worried about the cancelled trade in $100 charge?

I am having the same issue on my account  and the assistant I pm’ed with was incredibly unhelpful and didn’t understand this was exactly the issue I’m dealing with. Please help.

here is what i found a way,  your concern about the pending trade-in charge. Cancelling a pre-order should not result in any charges, and the upgrade option should still be available. I recommend contacting the company's customer support to clarify the situation and ensure the pending charge is removed. They can also help you with the upgrade option issue.
