Hello, I cancelled a pre-order as I was more interested in another model of the phone and it said I would not be charged for this order. I also cancelled the pending trade-in but it said I would be charged $100 on my bill. I'm hoping this is not the case, also now the upgrade option for the phone has greyed out.

The upgrade button is no longer greyed out, but I am still worried about the cancelled trade in $100 charge?

I am having the same issue on my account and the assistant I pmโed with was incredibly unhelpful and didnโt understand this was exactly the issue Iโm dealing with. Please help.
