I placed an order online last night on the Verizon site. I chose to pick it up at our local Verizon store. I went to pick it up and they said they don't do it that way and that I should cancel my order and request to have it sent. Ok, whatever....now you're waisting my time. So I get on the phone with a Verizon rep and 45 minutes later she said she has no way of cancelling my order and that I need to go on line and cancel the order. After an hour or so I see no way of cancelling an order on line. Someone from sales calls me and tries to help. She can't cancel the order either. Am I frustrated? I'm trying to be calm. I'm was very polite to all I spoke to. But now I'm just mad and feel totally helpless. What am I missing?

I am in the same boat. Believe me after several phone calls you will get nowhere. Verizon has proven to me they just don't care.
