Hi,
I have an unlimited data plan and have confirmed hotspot is available on my account to use. However, when I try to activate (settings—>cellular —> set up personal hotspot) it directs me to a link to my verizon account, which I log into. Once I do that, there is nothing that gives me the option to activate hotspot and I am back at square one. I have tried updating all software / resetting my phone to no avail. please advise if there is anything I can do to solve this issue, Thanks
