Cannot Register my Apple One Perk

I recently switched from the Play More plan to the Unlimited Ultimate plan. I added the Apple One perk, so I am enrolled. However, I cannot get to the next step to register and actually activate Apple One to use it. It has been 4 days now and it still says pending. I have talked to multiple live agents as well as the technical team. I have opened 3 tickets and never heard back from any. Someone please help!

As an update, I have opened a ticket and have talked to many people over the phone and still no solution. I still have not heard back when I was told multiple times it would be resolved in at most 72 hours. It has been more than a week now.

Yep they still have not fixed the issue, I have gone through their support channels 10+ times over the past week and no one can seem to help.

I’m experiencing an issue with my subscription to apple one, which remains stuck on 'pending' and prevents me from accessing the perks. Previously, I was on a plan that included Apple Music and Apple Arcade, both of which worked perfectly. Since the change, I’ve been unable to access Apple Music or any additional services, which my family and I rely on daily. This issue has been extremely frustrating, and so far, no representative has been able to resolve it. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in addressing this."

azalvarez03, help is here as we always want you to have your Apple One perk. Please let us know if this helps. I have seen other customers have great success with ensuring their browser is set to Safari versus Chrome as once they set it to Safari, they were able to proceed with the activation of the Apple One perk. Please keep us posted.

Did it ever get fix, any solution. I lost my Apple Music playlist everything I was enrolled in Apple Music prior to AppleOne…I have a ticket open as well, after I click the link on Verizon site its goes to an another page saying “the number could not be verified for this subscription. I’m having the same issue. From the account overview it shows the apple one perk as pending. When I go to manage it, it shows the request is being processed. This plan was added over 24 hours ago. I thought it was a glitch so I cancelled the perk and added it on again. But having the same issue.
I reached out to chat with an agent, but they were dumb as a rock asking questions that I had already explained.
Some sane help would be appreciated in this matter!

Hey, Silverhwk89, we want to make sure you're getting access to that Apple One perk. When you enrolled in the perk, you should have received a text with a link to complete the activation of the feature; did you receive that?
