I have an iPhone 6 and cannot access to change, re-set or update my voicemail.

Voicemail service is a must. We definitely don't want you to miss out on any important messages. When was the last time the voicemail service worked fine? What happens when you attempt to re set your voicemail? Keep us posted so we can further assist.
