Have been trying for the past 4 hours to activate my new iphone SE 2020 and I keep hitting dead ends. What really makes it frustrating is there in not any kind of a human I can discuss this with either on the phone or in chat. Horrible customer service. I not have two cell phones that I can't make calls on.

Do you receive any error messages when activating the phone? Do you see any service at the top of the phone? Also, have you added the new device and sim card to the account?
