I have a new iphone 11 and after 3 months, I cannot call those who have ATT as their carrier. I can call T Mobile and other Verizon cell phone users. I can also text and receive all calls. I have been through troubleshooting and have ruled out phone, backup, blocked contacts, and sim cards issues. Any ideas?
