Hello anotherIssue,

We know how important it is to have the best service possible when you need it most. Service inside of a building can be very challenging as the building itself will block the signal from penetrating. What kind of signal are you receiving when you are inside? Are you having trouble with calls, text or data? Does service improve when you step outside?
